In an idealistic society, the goal is to ensure that all society members within a community have an loca ting that promotes teamwork, alliance and partnership, though this is not a tangible reality in many societies throughout the world. The interviewer serves only as a director that facilitates discussion about what is revealed within the clients knowledgeable world and provides therapeutic discourse to nurture the clients
